Playing with Colors

abstract acrylic painting

After watching several tutorial videos, I decided to try my hand at abstract and semi-abstract painting. I let my brush strokes flow freely across the canvas without overthinking the outcome—just playing with colors, experimenting with combinations, and testing different techniques, all with the hope of creating something meaningful.

Art is a journey, and every experience teaches us something new. For me, it’s clear that practice and exploration are essential as I work to refine my craft. Below, you can see some of my finished pieces!

If you’ve always loved painting but haven’t started yet, maybe now is the time. Choose your medium—whether it’s watercolor, gouache, acrylics, oils, or even a mix—and dive in. Take time to practice, stay persistent, and, most importantly, enjoy the process. Before you know it, you’ll be uncovering the vibrant worlds of color and creativity within yourself!
